  • Processing Time: If the cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed based on the payment gateway used for the original transaction.

5. Non-Cancelable Orders

  • Special Orders: Orders for custom or personalized cakes, as well as special event orders, may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order rather than cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed.
